Digital Products — General Policy

All sales of digital products (PDFs, printables, templates, activity books, downloadable files, and similar) are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or made available for download. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after delivery.

EU / EEA Customers: Under EU consumer law, you have a right of withdrawal for digital content within 14 days of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal from that point forward. Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
• You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error

Physical Products
